This 3-In-1 hi-tech coated polyester/PVC construction is designed to be 100% wind and waterproof to keep you protected. Special waterproof zippers were added to the chest pocket and underarms to keep the water out. This is equipped with nine large storage pockets, articulated elbows for comfort and peaked adjustable hood that snaps off and stuffs into fleece lined collar. You can zip in or zip out the non-pill fleece if weather changes.
