Experienced Customer Service Agent (Full-Time)

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with experience to join our customer service team. You must have strong problem solving skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for someone with a happy, friendly, professional, and positive phone manner who is comfortable taking calls from a diverse customer base. Description:
You will be working in our head office processing customer orders and answering their questions about our products. You will be providing customer service by email and by phone. There is no telemarketing involved in this position. You will be working with computers a lot in this position so a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and computers in general is required.

Education, Skills and Experience:
Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory. We will provide all required training to the successful candidate who will:
