Our Guarantee
If any purchase fails to meet your expectations, return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a credit or full refund of the merchandise purchase price. All items are guaranteed for the life of the product against defects in material and workmanship.

Exchanges & Returns:
Use the return label you get with our packing slip, prepay, insure and send.

We promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Please return anything that does not fully meet your expectations. Returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition and in original packaging.  Please call us for a return authorization number before sending us your package.

Note: No refunds or exchanges on embroidered garments.  Refunds must be processed within 15 days of receiving your order.
