Shipping And Return Information

Shipping Policy
We ship most packages by regular or express post. All charges will be calculated automatically depending of what you choose. All orders shipped outside the United States or Canada will be charged the current shipping rate for that country. If you are having an order shipped to a foreign address and would like to know the shipping charges you may request that information in the comment box of your order form (located on the second page when checking out) and we will e-mail you the total.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 15 days after you receive your order. We will credit your original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact. We do not accept returns of worn or laundered merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges. 

You must pay the shipping charges to return the garment to us.  If it is an exchange we will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back to you.

In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item. 

All returns must be authorized by email. Which means you should send an email to info@rockydirect.com requesting a return authorization number.  Please include in the email the products you are returning and your order number. You will be issued a return authorization number. Please write the return authorization number on the return form and include it with the merchandise when you ship it back to us.
