Online Catalogue Browsing and Shopping Help

The rockydirect.com's online store is continually adding the products you request in an effort to create a more complete online shopping experience for our customers. As our product offering grows we face further decision on how to organize our online catalogue so customers can find what they want quickly and easily. Below is further information and some tips to find products you are looking for faster.

Search and Site Map Functions

On the top of each page you will find a search box and a link to our sitemap. The search box will search for the word entered in the title, description, and key words associated with all the products in our online catalogue.
Our sitemap is a collection of links to all our products and information pages.
Browsing Thought The Catalogue

Our online catalogue features a three tier browsing tree that allows you to browse for specifically what you are looking for. When you first enter the site you will see a list of links similar to the one displayed to the right.

This is a list of the major product categories this list will also be displayed at the top of the site at all times so you can switch back and forth as you wish.

If you select one on the major product categories like "Outdoor Clothing" the catalogue will expand to display all of the sub categories within outdoor clothing.

If you now click on "Athletic Clothing" you will be taken into the Athletic Clothing sub category which will display all the product folders that pertain to athletic clothing as seen in the image at the bottom of this page.

The products in our online catalogue sometimes may appear in more than one category if they pertain to one or more product groupings.

If at any time you would lie to return to the homepage all you have to do is click the "Home" button in the top navigation bar.

The Online Catalogue

Our online catalogue contains a lot more products than our website. We still recommend you sign up to receive a catalogue if you have not already done so. Our catalogues are sent out 4 times a year.
