Shipping and Returns on Custom Orders

Shipping:
Canada: Within Canada we can ship to you via Canada Post or ant Major Currier.  We charge shipping based on the size and weight of your order and your location within Canada.  Please not all quotes are prepared using Canada Post as shipper.  if you would like to use a courier (Within Canada ONLY) please specify that when you request your quote.

United States: Within the United States your order will be shipped via Canada Post and The United States Postal Service Xpress Post Service.  We are unable to ship via Currier to any USA address, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns:
You cannot return and item once we have applied a logo to that item unless there is a factory defect.  please not that defective items will be repaired and then returned to you at our expense.  Please call before returning a defective item as we need to determine the nature of the defect.   If you have any questions about returns please call us toll free at 1-888-377-6259 and press 3 for corporate sales.
