What
Is Screen Printing?
We take your logo and convert it into a format that is
acceptable for the screen printing process. Each logo
you would like to place on a garment is separated into
colors. One screen is then created for each color of
each logo. The screens are used to precisely create your
logo using special colored ink.
Charges for screen printing include both a Setup fee and a per piece screen printing charge. For more information on prices please visit our Prices & Discount section.
Limitations
For Screen Printing Orders:
When we work with screen printing orders
there are a few limitation we would like our customers to be
aware of:
- Minimum of 12 items must
be screen printed on each order you place
- No COD orders will be
accepted for screen printed orders
- Not all items we sell can be screen printed
on. Email
us if you need clarification on an item.
- We cannot create custom
logos for you, but we can use one or more of our 45,000
stock images and then add text
The
Screen Printing Process:
Screen printing is
great for displaying your logo on t-shirts, sweaters, and
golf shirts. The process is fairly simple.

Your logo is first input into our computers in a special format that separates the colours.

A screen is created for each color. The screen contains millions of small perforations which allows the ink to pass through on to the garment without bleeding over the shirt.

Each colour is applied separately and the shirt is then left to cure and prepared for shipping.
