Five Stages To The Embroidery Process
Stage 1 (Select
the product)
Take a look through our online or mail order
catalogue. If
you are not on our mailing list click here to request our free
mail order catalogue. Selected the style, colour, size, and
quantity of the products you would like to embroider. The
colour and fabric of your garment are important. Your logo is custom
digitized for each type of fabric.
Stage 2 (Select
your logo or image)
You need to
decide what logo or image is going to be used for embroidery.
Keep in mind the larger or more detailed the logo is the more
it will cost. The details of the costs and how they are
determined can be found in the following stages.
Stage 3
(Digitization)
In order to embroider an image onto a garment, the image
must be digitized into embroidery format. The digitizing of an
image can be simple or very complicated depending on the size
and detail of the image. When an image is digitized, our
experts use a digitizing computer program that helps them
accurately convert you image into a system of stitches that
the embroidery machines can read. Our embroidery experts will
ensure that your image looks excellent while maintaining a low
stitch count to save you money. There are many factors that
affect the cost of digitizing, but the end result is always a
sharp and colorful image. For examples of our work

Stage 4 (Embroidery)
The digitized image is sent to the embroidery machines. The machines use the digital instructions to create your masterpiece. A very common question is, of course,
"How much will it cost to embroider my logo?" The number of stitches that the machine needs to make, the quantity of items being embroidered, and the location of the embroidery determines the total embroidery cost.
Stage 5 (Delivery)
As soon as the embroidery has been completed and double checked for quality and accuracy, we package and send it direct to your door.
The entire process usually takes two to four weeks.
The cost for
embroidery depends on the complexity of your logo and the number
of pieces you would like to have embroidered. The more
complex the
more expensive it is. For Pricing
